| Neoprene sheet production is the very heart of our business. Using the highest quality Japanese compounds and state of the art Japanese production methods, PACIFIC EAGLE is able to provide the highest quality neoprene at very competitive prices.We begin with the mixing of the various raw materials using sensitive digital measuring devices to ensure consistency from batch to batch. Once the mixing is completed the raw neoprene is conveyed to the grinding drums. These drums ensure an even consistency. After the proper consistency has been achieved we form the neoprene into buns and prepare each for cooking. Each bun is cooked twice individually at precise temperatures and pressures that are computer controlled to ensure a perfect finish every time. Once cooked all buns are aged to allow compression. Once aged, each bun is trimmed and sliced to our customers specification. The thickness can vary from 1 mm to 20 mm depending on the application. After slicing, we laminate each side with various types and colors of fabric laminates, again based on our customers specifications. Then we pack and ship to our many customers all over the world. |
